My name is Michelle and I have been a bodyworker for over 20 years During my career in many massage modalities, I have worked mobile, worked with people in all fitness professions. Pre and post massages for boxing,football, professional rugby team, bodybuilding, great north run and more. I focus on supporting health and wellbeing and assist my clients to get the best range of movement regardless of there situation. The therapy's all can be relaxing aswell as working deeper into the muscles through light touch or firm pressure. I am currently working with MS research and relief, offering sport and remedial massage, deep tissue, reflexology etc as well as mobile. I can use pre mixed oil Base, coconut oil, professional massage cream or talc.
